Nicola now combines all she has learned from the trainers, her own experience on Past life regression, and all her clients so that the regression sessions are very thorough.  This means that she focuses on the following:-

• Finding out who you were, where you were, and when you lived before
• Finding out what happened and more than likely what went wrong
• Learning from the events of the past life
• Healing by apologising and forgiving
• Separating appropriately from the other people involved
• Revoking vows, promises, contracts that are no longer valid
• Rewriting the lifetimes if appropriate, so that there would have been a more positive outcome
